![]() Jerry Harrison's second solo-album has an impressive list of musicians: Bernie Worrell on keyboards, Alex Weir on guitar, former-Modern Lover Ernie Brooks, David van Tieghem and Chris Spedding. Most of them joined JH on his 'Casual Gods' world tour to promote this album in the spring of 1988. During this tour, the band not only played material from the "Casual Gods" and "Red and the Black" albums, but also a couple of Talking Heads and Modern Lovers songs, as well as a cover of T-rex' "Children of the Revolution". The albums first single, "Rev it Up", became a huge hit in Australia and was followed by the ballad "Man With a Gun", which came out on 12" and CDsingle in an extgended version with Chris Spedding guitar solo.
