During the 12th Webby Awards ceremony, David Byrne was honored with a lifetime achievement award for "his vision both artistically and as a pioneer in embracing the spirit of the Internet and technology in the arts". Like all Webby award winners, David was asked to keep his acceptance speech at five words only.
