Ta, mdr :D And, along the lines of your cheap thrills reading The Rene's limerick to greatness :P ,

why can I hear the rhythmic * and veeeery rude-sounding *breathing effects from Kraftwerks Tour de France?

Nice thought-but it ain't triggered by thoughts of "It's yourself,is it?" :blbl:

Nice reading matter then, soon come.

Don

p.s. baggsy I play DB in the BBC Adaptation.Ewan MacGregor can play the bike  (somebody I know is
gonna kill me for that ;) )

...Mmmm, wonder if that francey chaps seen the (remain in) light yet? Mmmm....

"Bicycle Diaries" will also be available as an audiobook on CD.....

Okay, folks. What lyric quotes will DB be using? And, where are they from?

Bicycling on every Wednesday evening (Yeah, I'm a Gentleman ;) )

Pump it up! (Mind those rubber burns on the whites,David!)

Round,like a circle in a spiral,like a wheel within a wheel (Gotta love those multi-speed gears!)

C'mon. There are 9 hours of Byrne-Yap. Gotta be some filler

Apparently it will be an Unabriged release.Does that mean he cycled across the water?

Next? :D

"He can walk on water but he can't stop falling in". - Maybe the extra speed helps?

To the tune of Season Cycle (XTC).

It looks like DB will be doing some promotion for this book. TicketMaster has an event called "David Byrne, where we've been and where we're going" on Sept. 30 in Portland, OR. It's a book signing.

The Cycologists are great!

Returning to the Bicycle Diaries, it's fantastic that David will be narrating the audiobook - if he can get his mouth fixed.
