For me it would be Burning Down The House & Life During Wartime from Stop Making Sense

some of my favorites, there's certainly some overlap...

music
TNOTBITH
A Clean Break (Let's Work)
The Book I Read
Pulled Up
Air
Building On Fire
Electricity (Drugs) & Drugs (Electricity) - it's cool to listen to these two next to each other, it's kind of like a crash course on the evolution of the band
Houses In Motion
Born Under Punches (The Heat Goes On) - incredible intro!
SMS
Heaven - sounds great stripped down
Slippery People
Crosseyed & Painless - another great intro
Making Flippy Floppy

performance
Life During Wartime
What A Day That Was - the lighting has a really cool effect for the duration of this song
This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody)
Found A Job - I've always liked the visual of a relatively empty stage and the four heads grooving at the front of it (especially DB, JH & TW during the outro)

It's difficult to be concise!

This is a favorite song and performance because they were still growing as a band.
