Great night with the Tom Tom Club - the band were in fine funky fettle. Yes yes y'all!

Spiced up version of 'Man With The Four Way Hips' was superb - real highlight of the evening. Cracking setlist with all the favourites, ending with a storming 'Wordy Rappinghood'. Mystic Bowie was missed but Tina and Victoria rose to the occasion.

Some nice moments onstage. Chris introducing the band as the New York contingent - namechecking CBGBs -before leading into 'Punk Lolita'. Tina mentioning this was the first time she'd worn high-heels on stage, worrying about 'doing a Grace Jones'.

Thanks to the band for coming over. Happy memories of breakfast 2008 came flooding back!

Don, sorry to hear you missed out. Looks like you'll have to book your ticket for Japan. Keep Francey company.

And so with DB appearing in April, CF/TW performing in May, London crosses its fingers for JH in June....

A cracking show, had a great night.

Spoke breifly with Robbie outside before the show and introduced my 12 year old son to the wonders of the TTC live. You now have a new number 1 fan!

Great set list and brilliant performance. So good to see you back in London! Thanks.
