Has anyone more information on this recording?

I wasn't sure whether to put this in the live music section or here...it's not that I have it ready to share at this point, it's a question of the date / venue if anyone knows.

I have the above illustrated 'Eyes Wide Open' and I'm planning to finally transfer it to CD as I'm reviewing the live TH material I have (and on that subject, why did the band allow the CD release of TBOTBITH to be brickwalled? :( ).

Anyway, any help as to the date / venue is welcome...I'm pretty sure it's from 1982, beyond that...

Strangely (and atypically) Frank's survey is incorrect here. This bootleg is NOT from the 1980 Toronto Heatwave Festival. It's from 1982.

Thanks.

Don't suppose you have any idea of the venue / country?

Close but no cigar...

I've compared them - even though the tracklist is the same!

I just checked again Werchter too.

At least it isn't a badly made copy of an existing high quality recording, which I was so slightly worried about. It's pretty decent quality but the knocks against the mic are most odd. I'm doing a re-work on it now for Zomb (which'll mean it gets about 10 downloaders :( - I can't upload on Dime currently), and I've just dampened the worst of the microphone knocks.

It could be a European festival given the size of the crowd but at least the other European festivals that have been shared online are pretty average quality - so it's a nice alternative. After initially de-clicking the forest of vinyl clicks using Click Repair (there's still some rustle there but it's low in the mix), and now doing a re-work I think it sounds pretty decent and will share it this way soon.

:)
