My earliest memory of music: my parents buying me Motown/Jackson 5 records back when they first came out. I used to listen to them for hours and hours in our living room.

My first Michael Jackson album: "Ben". I think I was, like, 6 years old when it came out. I was too young to analyze the quality and talent behind those songs. I just knew that this was music and there was something special about it.

So my own interest in music, which really then began with the Jackson 5 and then moved into all sorts of other trajectories started with this guy. And in the back of my head this has always been there.

Wow. Who would have guessed.

A sad day.
Would have never met the 'cey' part of Francey if it wasn't for M.J.
May he finally, after all those crazy years, finds his peace.

During my freshman year of college there were two albums you heard on my dorm floor. Thriller and Speaking in Tongues.
