RIP Lou...Thanks for all the great music....From Sweet Jane, Femme Fatale, Walk On The Wildside, to What's Good and Dirty Blvd...he was one of the greats!

One of the things I liked about Lou Reed was his simple philosophy. Doin' The Things That They Want To was not only a great song, it was a great outlook for life and one that Lou lived every day.

Rock and Roll Heart: Lou Reed

1998 documentary aired on PBS tonight. Not currently available online, so check local PBS schedules for repeats. Well worth it.
A few brief appearances by DB during the hour.
