Glad to see an alt-rock band win album of the year. Anyone watch the Grammys this year?

I don't really bother, because I don't feel anyone really wins the award they deserve. It's based on popularity more than actual content.

I don't see TMBG as Grammy material. Their early work was way too out there and often depressing subject-wise for mainstream America. I don't know any kids who actually listen to their music; just adults, and they often drag their kids along to a show.

Hmm... I was certainly wrong. I enjoy the early years; I don't care so much for the latter stuff because the lyrics went downhill.
